Brenda Pratt’s life has been intertwined with trails and dirt roads, where she finds solace and joy in nature's embrace. As an avid trail runner, hiker, and camper, Brenda cherishes every moment spent outdoors, exploring mountains and embarking on road trips. Family holds a profound significance in her life, being her greatest blessing and source of strength.
Professionally, Brenda serves as a Nurse Practitioner & Investigator specializing in early clinical phase research. Her work revolves around addressing medical needs in rare diseases, lactation studies, and pioneering first in human studies, making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Inspired by her friend Steph in 2022, Brenda discovered REPS & STEPS for a Cause, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community through various initiatives. Witnessing the abundance of opportunities to contribute and the outpouring of love within the community sealed Brenda's dedication to REPS & STEPS, fueling her passion for making a positive impact.
Brittni Weldy is a Las Vegas native with a strong passion for giving back to her community. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a degree in Accounting, which she has used to build a successful career managing finances and ensuring organizational success.
As the Treasurer of REPS & STEPS for a Cause, Brittni brings her financial expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency to help the organization achieve its mission of service and empowerment.
Outside of her professional life, Brittni is a devoted mom of three who finds joy in traveling and creating meaningful memories with her family. Whether she’s exploring new destinations or cherishing simple moments at home, Brittni’s love for life and community shines through in everything she does.

Megan Ha is an attorney based in New York City, specializing in banking and finance transactions representing financial institutions, and serves
on the board of REPS & STEPS as Secretary.
Growing up in Las Vegas, Megan spent a good part of her early years being active, from gymnastics to in-line skating and skateboarding. One of the most formative experiences in her youth was playing on a basketball team from first through tenth grade. Through the rigors of training and teamwork, she learned discipline, resilience, and the joy of an active lifestyle. Those experiences became the foundation of her motivation to achieve excellence and overcome challenges in her career and personal development.
With a deep-rooted belief in the power of fitness and community, Megan hopes to give back to her beloved hometown of Las Vegas through the work of REPS & STEPS.
As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, Megan currently focuses her training on climbing and biking. Megan lives in New York City with her two dogs.
